Breakfast Cheese Strata

6 cups French or Italian bread cut in 1-inch cubes
1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
4 eggs, beaten
1½ - 2 cups shredded cheese (I use a Cheddar and Jack mix)

 

 

Arrange bread cubes in greased 2-quart shallow baking dish.  Mix soup, milk and eggs. Add cheese. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Uncover. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clear. Serves 6.
