fresh broccoli tops, (blanch if you don't like raw)
diced red onion (or leave it in rings)
6 (or more) MSF strips
Dressing: Barbara says to pick up a jar of Marie's Poppyseed Dressing at the grocery. If you want to make your own dressing, try mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar all mixed and measured to your taste.
In a bowl, mix salad ingredients with dressing.
