Pumpkin Pancakes
1 1/2 cups
flour 1/2 cup
whole wheat flour 4 tsp.
baking powder 1 tsp.
cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
ground allspice |
1/8 tsp. each ground
cloves and salt 1 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil 3 large eggs 1 tsp. vanilla |
Stir together dry
ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining
ingredients and mix until just blended.
Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into a lightly buttered skillet; cook over
medium heat until lightly browned on the bottom. Turn and cook until done.
