Spanish Tortilla

Potato - nuked & cubed 1/2 can
peas 1/2 jar
marinated artichoke hearts |
2 large cloves garlic Pepper and Paprika 4-5 Eggs |
Stir fry onion,
potato, garlic in 3-4 Tbsp olive oil for 5
minutes. Add peas and hearts for 1
minute. Add beaten eggs for 1 minute.
Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
Broil 6 inches from high broiler until set and browned.
